How do I track an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment and tracking details. If your order is late or you have any tracking issues you can contact the indi team here.
How do I change the order address?
You will need to contact the indi Customer Service Team here with your order number and the correct address. However, if the item is already dispatched we will be unable to change any details. In this case, you will need to get in contact with the shipping company, and/or visit the address it was sent to.
How do I cancel an order?
You will be able to cancel an order and receive a refund, so long as the item is NOT perishable, or personalised or has already been fulfilled by the shop.
If the item/s are personalised (engraved, custom made, made to order) or perishable (cakes, treats, condiments) then you will NOT receive a refund if you cancel more than 24 hours after placing the order or if the item has already been accepted.
If the item has already been dispatched, you will be unable to cancel.
How do I return an item?
You can submit a return request through your indi account and a member of the Customer Service Team will handle your request. You will receive a refund if you return the item/s to the seller in the same condition it was sent you, unless it is personalised or perishable in which case you will not get a refund or be able to return.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are set by each shop individually and will be displayed on their profile. If you are purchasing products from multiple shops, shipping will be displayed per product on the Checkout page.
What are the dispatch and shipping times?
Dispatch and shipping times are unique for every product and set individually by each shop. This information will be found on each product listing.
Can I click and collect or arrange a local delivery?
If a product is available for click and collect or local delivery, there will be an option when you add the product to the cart. Some products may only be available in this manner.
