How do I place an order?
You place an order by searching for a product, selecting it in the product listing, clicking ‘add to cart’ and then clicking on the ‘My Shopping Basket’ button. Here you will fill be taken to the checkout page to complete the order.
What happens if I have an issue with my order?
How can I change my personal details?
You can change your personal details by going to ‘My Details' in your indi Helpdesk.
How can I retrieve my password?
You can easily retrieve or create a new password when you first log in- there will be a button saying ‘Forgotten Password?’ which you can click to change it and access your account.
How to search for items?
Items can be searched via the search bar at the top of the website. Results can be narrowed down by using tags, such as ‘Lincolnshire’ or ‘gluten free’. You can also search for items within a specific Category, eg Art, or in a specific sub category such as Ceramics.
What do you do if payment is not accepted?
If payment has been declined, please check your information is correct and that you have sufficient funds for the purchase. If it is an issue on our end, please contact our Customer Service Team here and we will try and fix the issue for you.

How do I file a complaint?
